- Compile guest travel documents for shipping. Verify that all purchased tour components appear and are accurately reflected in the guest travel documents.
- Verify that all branded materials have been appropriately included in the guest travel documents.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to identify and resolve challenges related to the processing of guest travel documents.
- Monitor dashboard to prioritize early requests to meet guest expectations.
- Monitor, respond and process phone queue and department email inbox.
- Performs other functions as assigned.
- Proactive, positive, and professional approach and demeanor to their work with the ability to work well under pressure
- Collaborates well with others and fosters a cooperative work environment
- Ability to effectively create and communicate through all means of communication.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekend, night, and holiday coverage to meet business need
- Demonstrate the ability to optimize productivity and complete tasks thoroughly and accurately. Must be detail oriented.
- Demonstrates skill in customer service, time management, and organization
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications.
- Contribute to the financial stability of the organization through quality control auditing.
